Established in 2010, Nottingham Women’s History Group celebrates, promotes and researches the contribution of women to Nottingham’s history. A non-profit making body, the group runs women’s history walks and is supported by fund-raising activities. Members of the group believe that this project provides an opportunity to reclaim women’s contributions to the development and usage of Nottingham green spaces.
